Ridgecrest Advisors’ Client Intangent Is Acquired by Argano

St. Louis – July 11, 2023 – Ridgecrest Advisors announced today that its client, Intangent Inc. (“Intangent”), a market-leading provider of Sales Performance Management (“SPM”) and Incentive Compensation Management (“ICM”) solutions, has been acquired by Argano, the world’s largest consultancy exclusively connecting the design and delivery of innovation for high performance operating environments.  Financial terms were not disclosed.
